Privacy Policy

Novaskop ("we") estimates how released co-op and party games with a similar idea performed, to help game studios choose which idea to build. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: novaskopcompany@gmail.com.

What we collect

Account. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture. We never see your Google password and we ask for no other Google data.
What you submit. Idea titles and descriptions, the screenshots you upload, the settings of each run and the results we produce for you.
Usage. Which screens you open, which buttons you click, the page you came from and campaign tags in the link, your IP address and browser type as seen by our hosting provider.
Requests. If you ask for business access or paid access: the name, company, email and note you enter.
No payment data. Payments are not set up. We do not ask for or store card numbers.

Why we use it

To run the service: sign you in, keep your history and token balance, score your ideas and show the reports.
To answer your requests and write to you about the access you asked for.
To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to prevent abuse (for example, automated scraping).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. Your ideas are never shown to other users.

Who processes it for us

Google — sign-in (Google Identity Services), and analysis of idea descriptions and screenshots through the Gemini API when a run is scored.
Cloudflare — hosting of the website and its database.
Telegram — when you send a request, the Novaskop team gets a notification with your name, email and note.

These providers may process data outside your country under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and storage

One cookie keeps you signed in; it is necessary for the service. Your browser also stores your preferences (theme, unfinished form, a visit id for usage statistics) in local storage. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account data, runs and uploaded images are kept while your account exists. Usage events are kept for up to 12 months. Requests are kept until they are handled and for up to 24 months after.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account with all runs and images: write to novaskopcompany@gmail.com from the email you signed in with. We answer within 30 days. You can also withdraw Google access at any time in your Google account settings.

Security

The site works over HTTPS only. Each account sees only its own runs and images. Our scoring model runs on our own machine and is not exposed on the website.

Children

Novaskop is a tool for game studios and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date above and, for important changes, tell signed-in users on the site.
